Shraga  Peled the owner of Peled Diamonds Ltd, company established in 1975 and Moshe  Lev a diamond dealer specializing in NFCD for the past 20 years, have together created Peled Lev Diamonds in the year of 2007, after many years of joined sales and marketing.
